Lash Me Up Policies

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5/10 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive after your allocated time an extended appointment may not be avaliable. If your service time is shortened due to late arrival you will still be charged the full amount. 

All clients are asked to arrive with no eye makeup/mascara on the lashes as time spent cleaning the lashes means less time applying lash extensions. 

Booking an appointment

All new clients booking in for a full set or infill will be required to pay a 50% deposit upon booking. This will be deducted from the total amount due on the day. If for whatsoever reason the scheduled appointment is changed/cancelled or no showed then outside of the below policy the deposit will be non refundable. 

Change of appointment

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any change in appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. 

Sickness/Family emergency

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are sick/contagious to reschedule your appointment. If you are sick please do not attend your appointment.

As a working mum I understand that family emergencies arise from time to time. As a gesture of good will, I offer all clients a one time cancellation/reschedule of their appointment before any cancellation fee is applied. 

Cancellation & No Show

All clients will receive a reminder 48 hours prior to their appointment. 

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation charge. 

If you reschedule/no show within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be changed 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. 

Existing Lashes from another salon 

If you already have lash extensions on from another salon and you are booking in for a refill you must inform Lash Me Up.

There is a possibility that you may have to remove the existing lashes and get a new full set applied. Lash Me Up takes pride in our training and high standards of work, and it is possible that any existing lashes you have on may have not been applied properly and could be potentially damaging to your natural lashes. 

After Hours Appointments

We understand there are circumstances when clients will need to request an out of hours appointment. In these instances appointments may be available on a case by case basis. Where agreed an out of hours service fee of $30 will be charged. Please contact me directly to arrange any out of hours appointments. 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given on any service or product. If you are unhappy with any service or product please contact Lash Me Up within 72 hours. Lash Me Up will endeavour to rectify any concerns and if a fix can be done to address any concerns this will be offered.
